MatchMaker named Platinum finalist for CASE Circle of Excellence Awards

MatchMaker was honored with a CASE Platinum level award for Best Practices in Advancement Services. MatchMaker uses an algorithm to discover untapped potential for alumni award nominees and other constituent engagement. Think of it like match.com but for advancement recognition and engagement. Erin Kirby, David Bambrey, and Sam Hendon all represent Illinois on the team and partnered with Tanweer Alam, Dan Biggs, Shweta Jayaram, Deepthi Kandukuri, Naresh Kulkarni, and Varun Vattikonda from the University of Illinois Foundation. Applications are now open for the Spring 2023 batch of UIDEA, the accelerator intended to fuel innovation in advancement that benefits the University of Illinois. In addition to the growth and disruptive ideas UIDEA has always encouraged, the program is expanding this year in two ways:
