Advancement Technology Interns

University of Illinois Foundation’s tech interns build solutions to unsolved industry problems and pain points. These new technology or analytical products can support any part of the advancement enterprise, from services to the front line to the donor and back again.

A challenge. 12 weeks. Training.
Building. Community. Ownership.

Bring your best tech.

Benefits

Project Ownership

Interns wholly manage development and deployment of their project. You can hand off your work at the end of the summer or decide to build your own company to share your work with other universities and nonprofits.

Support

Tech interns are advised by IT partners inside the U of I, across the industry, and among the alumni community.

Disruption

The programming languages today's students use will help prepare advancement for the next generation of fundraising and engagement. What’s second nature to you is likely new to us.

Network Growth

We have access to the million+ UI alumni, faculty, donors, industry partners, and community members. We help you find your people.
