Designing a program and network to encourage the investment of founders’ time and money in the growth of the University of Illinois, but with a unique tech twist.
With an entrepreneurship ecosystem spanning campus, the Founders’ Pledge team designed the functionality to book, track, and steward Founder’s Pledge commitments in the University’s advancement CRM that leverages existing business processes while simultaneously automating changes to the public-facing Founders’ Pledge website without the need for additional staff resources.
